Frequently Asked Questions, hints and tips

The map is taking too long to re-draw. What should I do?

You can either refresh the site using the Refresh button on your browser, or wait until the map appears. If it is still taking a long time, it is possible that the site is very busy. You may find it performs faster on another occasion. If maps fail to return at all, the server or the website may have a fault (we hope not!).
